RBLI drivers are required to complete our mandatory eight-hour course prior to hire. All drivers and supervisors are required to attend all safety meetings/training with no exceptions unless pre-approved by management. Missed meetings/training must be rescheduled for one-on-one meetings/training to obtain credit and maintain employment.
We utilize SaferWatch and My Carrier Packets to vet carriers to manage risk and lower exposure to fraud.
We utilize freight security procedures and technological deterrents to reduce freight damage and theft. RBLI has never had a theft claim since its founding. Our drivers are required to possess a padlock at all times and never leave trailers unattended. All trailers are equipped with tracking devices that report location every 60 seconds and can detect if the trailer is separated from the tractor.
